This is one of the best train's to travel from HYD to Vizag and it takes less time than other trains and most of the times it reaches on time

we got pick bed sheets and AC temp. is kept low and the respective attendents are missing. toilets are smelling and outside wash basins are logged with wayer and is ĺtoo bad.

the train is having so many jerks either the track is having some problem or the train driver is new and having sufficient experience to drive the train... all night we all have suffered a lot

how come RAC has not been confirmed for 3AC, even we had booked 9 days ago... WL list is better, if ticket has not confirmed we would have opted for bus.... nightmare and worst service... system has to change... Indian railways are still in 1960s....

very horrible experience. Water not available in taps. Even after complaint problem was nor sorted out. ladies had to face lot of problems. No pantry. Food by railways very poor. Staff and TT very arrogant.

No cleanliness. All racks of the entire train are very old. Un reserved bogie is next to AC first class and no door at vestibule. We complained to Minister of Railways on tweet. T.T.E attended our complaint after getting instructions from Rail officials at Kazipet station. I fought with the passengers of un-reserved bogie and closed the vestibule door of Unreserved bogie. I request the Concerned officials of ECo railway atleast don't attach the unreserved bogie next to AC coaches in the train.

Booking process was horrible. It takes money but keeps booking pending for irctc username....but doesn't accept the username and all troubles start. meantime tatkal availability goes off.

Inside the compartment more neatness is required. General ticket holders are entering in to Sleeper coaches and creating in convenience to confirmed ticket holders and even T.T.E s are not concentrating on this issues.

Coaches berth and fan's very dirty so many days this train,also every journey report to TC, very bad experience, please maintain the issue,

worst train. IRCTC charges heavy ticket fares on passengers, it is minimum responsibility to check whether there is water or not in the toilets. compartment is very unclean. 3rd Ac is horrible than general compartments.Toilets are worser.
