bad service....6hrs late..haptema 3 din late ...or ak bat rat ko 1:30 baje msg ata ha ki trai late haoi...subha 7baje train hai to rat ko 1:30 kon jaga rehega

very very pore, train is running very late. I have missed the train because train was 8 hrs late, my purpose not fulfilled

Train is very late in time, we are not order any food and train quality is very bad including washroom.

Train ticket was booked on Travel Guarantee Plan with WL above 50. But ticket remains waiting list. If you can’t guarantee ticket, then why give such guarantee? Cost of the plan is also not returned.
If someone has time to book tickets within 7 days, then why should he/she give extra money for this Travel Guarantee Plan? They can book on that day only.
I had to reach the spot on that day, but this Travel Guarantee Plan created issue for me instead of solving.

The toilet condition is very poor and the seat condition also very poor and old broken condition needs immediate improvement for the passenger

cost of food is a bit high,quality below average.on 22.3.25 the train was late by 2 hrs for not known reason

Nowadays this is the best train to & fro Digha; the other one, Kandari Express is late over 3.5hrs average. Get your tickets in time and enjoy your travel. Train has pantry car plus many other bengalee snacks options. Toilets are however unpredictable, sometimes clean & fresh, sometimes stinky and without water.

অত্যন্ত খারাপ খাওয়ার,, চা সাধারণের থেকেও খারাপ গুণগত মান একেবারেই জঘন্য ।।। টাকা দিয়ে এই ধরণের খাওয়ার তাও রেল এর মতো এতবড়ো সংস্থা অত্যন্ত লজ্জার ।।

I bought 3 times Tea & 1time Singara from IRTC, but I got no bill of my payment.I saw in the uniform of the IRTC persons that there was written "No Bill No Pay"....But I did not get any bill for any payment. Unsatisfied....

This train travelar not except train rules..and IRCTC staff are not any step for rong travelr,for example jeneral ticket travelar are travel in to reservation room and on duty officer shaw this travelar and ticket but officer dont react any quaryes,how he is travel in reservation room?and that is big think this travelar are 5 persons....how time are go tamralipto exp are devolope in rules?????

The Second Sitting class in this train is okey. We didn't get the AC CC Tickets hence had to opt for this, but the 2S class is just manageable since the class of passengers is below standard and they shout and dirty the floor. The railways must take an action towards this. Thanks.
