As usual Amarkantak Express is always riddled with delays. It was more than 2 hours late.
The cleaning guy came and dry swept the place. It was not upto the standards.
The guy detailed for providing support and help in AC was very lethargic.
Some new rules for food/pantry have been implemented. No one came to our bogie. Only once a chaiwala came in morning between bhopal to raipur.

toilets r too dirty ,, no any cleaner was there..so keep improve the service fast for betterment & goodwill of railways...

Pantry car was not in train, therefore IRCTC vendor used toilet area & one gate closed to keep their belongings.
It causes difficulty to passangers.

Travelledvin AC three tier.No mobile charging points in each section.Train boarded from Jabalpur railway station with bad smell of toilet spread over first section of berth no 57_60 .No one came with room freshner.In morning thr toilets were not at all cleaned by any staff even at Bilaspur,which is peak time at 5AM to use toilets.After all what is the difference between Three tier and AC coach for which onepays extra.Mahendra Diwakar

very poor. if railway cannot provide confirm ticket then why passengers atw given waitlist upto 100 and above. this is really bad on railways and wrong way to earn money

Why train depart katni south. Vry challenging trip to katni to katni south.
No vehicle no guarantees. Train is vry like hide n seal
Rewanchal connecting to amarakntak bt ur bad decision is vry dirty level mind .
Katni se katni south karne se hum connecting train walo ko bahut pareshani hoti h.
