My reserved sleeper coach journey was ruined by severe overcrowding from unreserved passengers, making rest impossible, especially for women. This constant encroachment made for a very bad and uncomfortable travel experience

The coach was full of passengers with no reservations and they had occupied the seats of us who got the seats reserved, no water supply, horrific toilets totally a very bad experience

Useless management of IRCTC on train arrival & departure. Malik (politician) are earning billions from it nothing brings difference to them. They travel on charter flight, how they can feel the pain.
If we take a actual survey almost all trains delay is more than 1.5 hr or more. But 80% Indians are bound to travel, officials take it casual. It's something every day issue for them they don't care.
And if really Confirmtkt consider this review with pain, they may bring some relief to many Indian travellers.

train quality very very poor
1.water issues
2. bathroom were too smelling
3. charging socket were not working
punctuality
1.more than 1&1/2 hours late reach at destination point (Berhampur station)
2. 50min and above late reach at KRISHNARAJAPURAM
Food quality:-
1. quantity is too low at that price
180rs for chicken biryani not even 2 pieces were given atleast have to give one pickle also

Maintenance of the train is maintained very poorly. toilets are not at all cleaned through out the journey and coaches are also not cleaned.

Maintainance is not good. Bathrooms are too worst and we agreed that it is because of people but maintainance should be there.

food quality as of now nothing change. poor quality as well as high price. better we went out side. nothing to change Indian railway. 70years ago what happen now also same trande..
