train quality very very poor
1.water issues
2. bathroom were too smelling
3. charging socket were not working
punctuality
1.more than 1&1/2 hours late reach at destination point (Berhampur station)
2. 50min and above late reach at KRISHNARAJAPURAM
Food quality:-
1. quantity is too low at that price
180rs for chicken biryani not even 2 pieces were given atleast have to give one pickle also

Maintenance of the train is maintained very poorly. toilets are not at all cleaned through out the journey and coaches are also not cleaned.

Maintainance is not good. Bathrooms are too worst and we agreed that it is because of people but maintainance should be there.
