इस ट्रेन में सफर मत करना क्यों कि इस में अगर आप 1 महीने पहले भी टिकट बुक करवाते हो तो भी RAC में ही hoga ओर हम ने अहमदाबाद से पूरी का टिकट बुक किया तोह भी टिकट rac में बुक हुआ ओर ये पेसो के कलिये सब को rac ही देते है हमारी 37 घंटे की यात्रा थी तोह भी हमे rac टिकट मिला

Indian Railway Team, Did you really read the feedback of passengers? Or it's just a formality of rating.
1) 12 hours housekeeping staff sitting ideal.
2) Cleaning conditions pathetic.
3) Pentary Staff charges more than MRP prices
4) Army person didn't get his seat, TC taken money from the other passengers and provided the seat to them

Too much smell in the toilet when from the starting station. Old bogeys. Charging socket are not present on side seats. Too much noise. Everybody talks in shouting and loud voice. Too many Instagram lovers. Outside vendors dominate tea and food sale. Soiled pillow covers are given

the train is so full of people every general person is entering sleeper class and it was very noisy all night I think this is the worst train,udhna junction needs a passenger train to odisha or else they are just occupying the sleeper class.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience on Ahmedabad to Puri Superfast Express
I recently traveled on the Ahmedabad to Puri Superfast Express, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the train, especially in relation to my personal space and the journey itself, was subpar. Additionally, the condition of the train's facilities and the hygiene at the destination hotel left much to be desired. I hope the Indian Railways takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall passenger experience.

Very bad experience with this train like
Water supply problem, dirty pillow cover, staff not supportive.
train food very very very bad not to eatable really. such food should be banned or other eatable items sothat everyone can eat 🙏

the toilet and boggies are pathetic .even the cleaning staff are not ensuring cleanliness of the toilets.all the toilet drain cover are opened which kickes back foul smell in to toilet that you even can't do urinal it forget about poo.lots of cockroaches in boggie..

no fan running. TC was come to check ticket after half journey completed. very bad experience.

Was overcharged on the ordered egg curry. It came from the pantry, but I was charged Rs. 93 for it instead of Rs. 55 as printed on the ticket.
When I asked him how he is charging me so much, he replied that there was an extra veg item also, besides the normal egg curry.
That extra veg item was potato curry, which I did not eat, just opened the box.
You have started a very good system by printing the menu on the back of the ticket, but what about cheats like this person?

The water facility and other consumable material not came to coach timely by catering peoples hence the passenger go to platform for purchase.
