if my ticket was not confirmed.Then why you cut the cancellation charges from my money.
When it's not confirmed then don't have any rights to cut the money or deduct it.
Becouse that was automatically cancelled.
that's why iam going to uninstall the app

Very Bad Experience To me because I Book Sleeper coach And Confirmed My Ticket But Some People No Ticket And No Confirm ticket But He is Sitting On The Seat I Faced Problem. and That Train TT Is Also Not Came.very Bad Experience Indian Railway Pls be Passed Strict Rules 🙏🏻

worst trip always not getting ticket sleeper not increase only 3 sleeper for that passenger using unreserved waste of travel from kolkata to chennai.... ttr is abusing for all this is not good way.. kinldy extend the train or compartment or else don't allow for without ticket passengers

This is a really bad experience. Train is totally crowded with people, even in reservation boogie all general tickets people have boarded and there is no place for people reservation. If you want to travel in this train then book a 3A ticket or higher.

worst train i ever travelled it's look like I'm traveling in general compartment and toilet is not clean at all there is no place to walk in bogie all the general ticket holder travels in sleeper coach And TT is talking extra money from passenger

Had a horrible experience. Train was over crowded. Unreserved passengers had occupied our seats. Literally had to fight with them to claim our seats. TTE came 2 hours later after train had left Vizag station. He didn't even care to vacate the unreserved passangers. They blocked the whole walking path lying all over the coach. If unreserved passengers can occupy reserved compartment, what is the need to reserve tickets? Why should I pay more? Shouldn't the TTE collect penalty from those without reserved tickets? Disgusting

I booked tkys before three months approximately. when I took my berth at the journey time I found my birth on 21 &. 38 , both are in same family . Therefore I asked your good office why not in same sequence ie 21 & 22 . please look into the matter and I convey to My Honorable Rly Minister.

travelling experience is very bad. tc received penalty and give the seat general tickets holder. as a result 3 seats but 12 member. as a results at the time of night threr is no space for walking and they jam all raod even front of bathroom. rubbish train

cleaning staffs asking Paisa in the rudely in end of the journey,food all they are selling more price which is fixed by irctc example tea or coffee 10 rupees and water bottle me is 15rupess and they are selling 20rupess .

coach quality very ordinary. dirty and old coaches. seats torn and dirty. very jerky during running, starting and stopping horrible as it jerked heavy. windows very dirty, washrooms in very poor state. very ordinary overall.

There were bed bugs in the seat,curtains and bed sheets. I was unable to sleep. Bad experience. Informed the attender in the morning but he gave a deaf ear to it saying we keep everything clean. kindly take proper steps to save other passengers from such nightmares.

Pantry cars people asking for tips forcefully with full team
I am amazed to see, also the cleaning staff of 5 people came second time, I think indian railways don't pay them, shame shame , tip is what I will give according to my wish if I prefer then .
