This time ticketcollector not came to check passenger's list. Guard protection is not available. Three mobile phones are lost from three passengers from this coach.Toilet condition is not hygienic.

more or less 3 hours delay.. Departed from Howrah at 11.45 pm.. Most of the Toilet are dirty, bad smell, no soap.. Smell of urine surrounded all over the coach.. Floor dirty and water spot every where... Unwanted passenger with General ticket seated at reserve seat..

I have booked for two people ticket but I have a one shit when I asked where my 2nd sheet they are tell me adjust it, I don't know how is it possible 😡

It was 2AC. The Bed roll given was of the worst quality I ever has witnessed. Bad smell, Gutka spots were all over there. It seemed bed sheets were kept in the packet without washing.

1st ac not working properly. 2nd washroom can't use to bad 👎smells not cleaned. 3rd coach is very old, blanket is duty, no bottle holder on the middle & upper barth.... I m also travel sealdah balurghat exp (m1 coach) that superb but howrah puri super fast express can't expect services &overall👎👎👎

5 जून को msg आता है ट्रेन कैंसल हो गई है, 6 जून को msg आता है जो ट्रेन रद हुई थी अब चलेगी, 5 को ही बेवजह सारा trip रद्द करके दिल्ली आना पड़ा, शर्मनाक सर्विस रही

Nothing was good. Very bad experience. No train coach quality, no punctuality and the last one very worst food quality. Please do something or don't ask for feedback. ??

Am traveling by 1ac , first class , Coaches are brand new , Almost very clean , good clean toilet , very punctual , Coupe (2peeson) are Better than the coach (4person) only Con No Food Available Although food not required still If food was available then It Would Be Great

In toilet, water is not there sufficient due to pipeline problem. Also RED water coming from toilet basin. Please see the issue and resolve at the earliest.

In side upper n upper seat should b have a table ya counseling fan which the air cal flow. All the fan not in correct direction for the seat bcoz it lot of problems for us now a day. So i request you understand my point and i request that you take a action.
