sleeper coach was looking like a general coach so many people was there it's very difficult to go for washroom specially for a ladies and kids very bad i hate the system of sleeper coach i never saw like this sleeper coach it's was weird 😝😝

Punctuality Excellent Whereas Train Overloaded especially S2 Coach 3 Times Capacity BAD EXPERIENCE For Senior Citizens and also TT officials in Managing NO RPF officials Present inspite of Complaints Lodged Its Personal Responsibility of Bengaluru Zonal Divisional Manager for the Safety and Security of Passengers because Many Passengers Were Carrying Big Dabbas Hindering Passages unable to to Sit properly and Move towards Toilets.Hence in the Interest of Security,Integrity of the Nation and also Safety of Railway Officials.So, Screen ing of all Luggages at Entry Level of BENGALURU Station and at all Reserved Compartments NOT Allowing Big " Heavy Dabbas" in the Compartments , should only be Kept in separate Luggage Compartments by getting Revenue and Safety.Attention DM Railway of Bengaluru and RPF Head is urgently Required

My ticket was at a low waiting number before chart preparation, but it still didn’t get confirmed and got cancelled. This was disappointing and made my travel plan difficult. It would be helpful if the prediction and updates were more accurate so passengers can plan better.

Need to improve the food quality we ate the food which has no taste so we did not eat dinner because of the taste less food. We ordered eggs meals which price was ₹140 .

This train does not provide any convenience to the passengers??? 1. The toilet was very dirty 2. The ends of the couch were covered (the seat was dirty / there was water from the chest / there was no facility for cleanliness)

In 2024 it was unexpected that there was no charging point and since last two travels I can see that railway has stopped Cleaning the Bedsheet and blankets and providing used and dirty materials..it's a shame for indian railway... Don't know if this feedback will go to Railway department or not but hope this reaches.

sir mera PNR number= 4611431828 tha.. Jo ki mera ticket confirm nahi hua thaa.. or abhi Tak Mera Paisa refund bhi nahi hua hai . sir mera apse request hai ki mera Paisa refund karwa dijiye please 🥺..

Train quality is not good because they are allowing the people whose waiting list tickets are not even confirmed in Sleeper Class. If they allow also, it's fine but should allow less people..in compartment, there won't be any space to go to washroom or wash basin as people sleeps down

Very poor maintenance of coaches and cleaning. Non reserved people are double than reserved people. Rusted window frames. middle berth under sheet missing, tilted frame frightened to be under middle berth.

in reservation most off general ticket people comeing and sittings squad comeing and take the penalty those people will sit in reservation compartments

Train quality is very worst,seats are not good and compartments also very bad and worst condition, don't use that type of compartments it's my humble request to central government. THANK YOU.

charger is not there in every seat please make sure charger should be there in each seat from next time and it should done as soon as possible & food quality is not good please make sure food quality should improved.. as soon as possible
