I have a request for IRCTC. I was scheduled to travel yesterday—May 13, 2026—from Kesinga to Bangalore. However, the train was so overcrowded that, carrying my luggage, I was unable to even enter the coach. I had booked my ticket two months in advance, thinking I would have a comfortable and hassle-free journey. Yet, there was absolutely no space to get inside; the crowd was simply overwhelming. Please do not let this happen again; despite holding a valid ticket, I was unable to travel yesterday. Consequently, I felt very disappointed. I request you to please take greater care to prevent such situations in the future.

confirm ticket quality is very poor as ticket was not confirmed hence ticket was cancelled then to confirm ticket is asking for feedback of train quality punctuality and food quality.

3rd AC is like a sleeper or general coach, cleanliness is not there, even for senior citizens middle and upper berth is allocated, women with small children's difficult to travel if lower berth is not available, Co passengers also not agreeing to give lower berth or side lower to elders and women with small children's

When I booked a ticket for the 16th from your website, the ticket was added to the train schedule of the 15th. Due to which I could not board the train even after booking the ticket and when I reached the station on the 16th, the train had already left. So please stop giving this wrong information. This is wrong.

I lost my train and my train fare coz of the delay of alappuzha express which was to the Designated hatia at 3.55 pm but it reached at 6:20 pm to Ranchi itself, while smvb express left on 6:20 pm from hatia, I tried and took the best train to reach my final destination but bcoz of the late running of alappuzha I lost both my train fare and train, so highly appointed with the train punctuality and Indian railways approach to this serious issue!
I have filled TDR kindly grand my money refund to have trust on indian railway for my future trips.

wash room so dirty unreserved person are in reserved coach luggage are full no place for reservation person no cleaning done 24 hours of journey not even once toilet cleaning done only the generate the revenue to railway board no veg food for kids

1st- I booked my sleeper ticket 1 month ago and I still travel on RAC ticket.
2nd- Sleeper compartments are full of passengers and became worst than the general compartment.

punctuality it's OK running only 1 hour late but all unreserve passengers n wating list passengers are traveling in reservation compartment...four ,five passengers are sitting on single reservation seat...lool like traveling in general compartment.. suffering back pain while traveling :(

RAC Seat is very small. Even it is a Sleeper seat a single seat is given to 2 persons .There is no sufficient place for a single person to sleep comfortably..How could 2 persons sleep in a one seat..Worst experience.Bathrooms are not cleaned properly.Very bad experience...

no seats for reversed people and no water & bath room are dirty . were is swachi baratha by east coast railway this train doesnt suit for andhra and tamil person pls dont travel in this train

pantry is good,food timely,hot,tasty,staff courteous,...--
sanitation of train very poor.
coaches are not modern,water supply is not there in2nd.AC
in Hatiya,--Yeshwantapur .

no body checked from Railway and got water.
at Renigunta at last water refilled.
Train is very punctual ,all most all station halts on time..

I don't want to give single star also for punctuality. This train is always late only. 4hrs delay in reaching the destination. Cleanliness and pantry food as usual worst. Pantry guys having these guys and pan etc. selling food items like samosa, bonds etc. Without washing their hands.
