General Passenger Seats in Reservations..(2S) some people are drunk..
The train timetable is not correct..
Sometimes the last stop is Santragachi and sometimes again Howrah..due to which the passengers have to face problems...
In the end, it can be said that the train is not convenient for traveling.

Good train but train is very delayed as well as the A.C 3 Tier Economy is too much congested...fully rac SU and SL berths...as well as 6 people sitting in 3 people seat...the coach was okayish clean..but the bathroom was untidy as well as no water was coming...overall average experience.

on 7th Jan we are coming from puri by dhauli superfast exp. but we find msg the train was terminate at santragachi. at night how can passenger come to howrah? you have to responsible for that. old people with child they facing problem. my request please beware for that condition

The train was excessively overcrowded with passengers having no confirmed reservation tickets. The situation got deteriorated to the extent that passengers are standing in the aisles, making it impossible for reserved passengers to sit comfortably or even access the washrooms. No TT has come to check tickets.

i have the worst experience of traveling in Dhauli express, The train was deley for 80mins, It wasn't reach its destination station i.e.Howarh station it stopped at santragachi station for which i have suffered like ke anything so will not never ever travel in Dhauli train & will send a mail to Honorable railway minister & honourable prime minister, Regards

It felt like complete passenger harassment. The train was delayed by more than 4 hours with no proper information. My ticket was till Howrah but they suddenly stopped the train at Santragachi, causing huge trouble for everyone. Very poor management and absolutely unacceptable service.

Dhauli train journey experience is very average. Specially it's 3 hrs late arrival at Santragachi stn is horrible. last min destination change from Howrah to Santragachi gave us very much trouble. In one sentence very very very very bad & horrible experience.

2s second setting seats are very poor and same as General compartment, General ticket holder also traveling In reserved category seats. Seats Are Also same as General compartment needs to improvement.And main Problem is Kinners Behave so Irritating.

most rubbish ride ever. train was 3.5hrs late to reach. it had major AC malfunctioning due to which there were massive complaint and later exchange of entire coach. food quality not at all good and adminstration was not good and rude. no one came to collect waste and misbehaved with sr.citizen.

terrific journey, worst experience
train was overcrowded N no TTE bothered to check , those who booked ticket for them there is no space to use toilet , train was late by almost 2 hours that also stopped before destination, then railway should return passengers money back , cause of train cancelled 1 stop before destination but money collected till destination, who will be responsible for this .

This is the worst train I've ever travelled in. The train was 4:50 hrs late and Railway doesn't have a courtesy to atleast acknowledge and apologize to the customers. Please stop taking customers as taken for granted. I know Indian Railway is now under a useless and spineless Government. However, please try to maintain punctuality and stop harrassing your customers. Worthless Indian Govt and worthless Indian Railways! Shame on you Mr Modi that you are single handedly ruining our every asset of this country.

Good but seats could have been more comfortable, btw clean seats & toilet is just ok. I didn't eat anything on train so I won't say anything about it but I looked at others food it didn't seemed that much good,also they kept the food near the toilet before serving. Also remember train was 2-3 hrs late. That's it
