the seat was very uncomfortable, even very very very small in size , is comfortable for 2 seaters only not 3, please look into this ,D9 (16) was offered to me .

very bad experience... don't book this train... always delay our train 4 hours late and many of general ticket people in reserve coach if you need to go toilet you can't..I reported on 139 but they don't respond..that was not dhauli express that was dhauli local. this train stop every single station up to 30 min to 1 hr. very bad.

The journey was smooth and no jerking like other trains do. Although, TT did not come at least one time. The food quality was very good in comparison to the other trains and the price was maintained.

train does late regularly yet in reservation coach unreserved people are coming and no TT CHECKING was done very bad this is. then why we will book ticket lol

This is the worst service from IRCTC, This the worst policy, they decrease the ticket and hike the price at tatkal, Passengers are bound to pay extra money for ticket booking, And there is no timings when the train reached your destination.

মেনুতে যা ছিলো, দেয়নি। প্রথমে ১৬০ টাকা বলে, পড়ে যখন ৯০/-টাকা রেট বলি, তখন ভাত, ডাল আর ডিম কারী দিয়ে যাই। বাকি মেনুতে যা ছিলো, চাইলে বলে, আমি দিয়ে যাচ্ছি, পেমেন্ট টা করে দিন।
পরে সে আর আসে না, অন্য দের বললে, বলে, আমি বলতে পারবো না।

M1 3E coach quality is not good, staff behaviour not upto the mark, not cleaned the coach properly, expecting some more good services from railway authority.

6 pm puri pouchne ki bat tha 7 :15 ko poucha bahut late hai.
aur ek cheez acchcha nahi hai is train me reservation kamra me normal passenger journey kar rahe hai. train me koi T T ya GRP nahi hain.

Train was so messy... so derty ... i was shocked ...no cleaner was present there to ask him to clean the floor... I have no pics of that compartment to show you.. i just request you that please take necessary action..

AC toilet condition very worse, C2 coach bath room having no tissue paper,no hand wash, no shower, cleaning also worse, coach conductor careless even after reporting
