This is a very poor quality train. Even after purchasing the ticket, I have not been able to sit in my seat. This drama happens every time. Don't know what he is doing in Indian Railways. These people still pack people inside the train like sheep and goats. Be it sleeper class or have I booked the ticket in advance. No one goes to any extent for that. Very poor quality training.

I m very happy because I booked my tkt in sleeper waiting but Indian railway given me a seat in ac coach at that vary price ....I'm very happy from this auto upgrade feature

I don't like to travel this train bcos we don't get the available seats when I told T.T to provide a seat than T. T has told me give 1000 rs than i will provide a seat i had travelled 20 hrs in standing

Very very bad cleanness. I had fed up with smell of toilets. A long distance was travelled under filthy and dirty smelling coach. Nobody came to coach for cleanness the toilets as even this train was a long distance train. However in kanpur two cleaner man came and clean the both toilets but carelessly.

water is not available all times. started @ Correct time, but running 40 minutes late when reach kanpur station. Food is average. Railways to improve their standards.

Third quality of service in train.
There is no faculty available to charge your mobile even a singal point in S11 coach

Those time the travel was horrible. There was no water in our booth s3. We had to go to our booth for washroom. There was no cleaning . Feedback to be forwarded to concern team

the journey was so bad that I don't want to say a word.. bcz of that I missed my office.. I boarded train at 12:45 from knp central nd I reach Anand vihar at 10:30.. worst journey experience I ever had

cleanness is poor.tolets are not maintained by rly.the rating is zero.train never arrives in time.it takes 3 to 4 hrs late.food quality is satisfactory.

my second rating is very good food today because I travel to Odisha on 31 May and The food not so good but today very good food... thanks railways some changes...

Train was running drastically late. Further food quality of pantry car was even below par.
Cleanliness & hygiene is the aspect which should be looked after specially in AC coaches.
