Train in E1 did not have clean toilets, the basin was clogged and over flowing. The carriage was dirty. The train was one hour late to reach Tatanagar.

train is late for no reason, railways should learn to ply trains as per schedule and right time, it seems common man time has no value in india, railway minister claim he has introduced new trains improvement in train conditions but time and punctuality is not being maintained the train time needs to be maintained otherwise railways has to pay penalty to passengers for delay railway needs to respect common man's time

behenchod inlogo ko aam aadmi ka time ka kki valur hi nhi hai...signal dia hua hai fir v 30 min se train khadi hai..
hamare TAX k paise se inko salary milti hai or av maa chuda rha hai..

I wasn't informed regarding the change in the time due to which I missed the train. & confirm ticket is not taking the responsibility of their action. I mailed my tickets to them but still their haven't reverted. Yesterday i faced lot of difficulties.

pantry are selling other companies water which charges are on MRP 15 but they are charging rupees 20

pura paisa toh kaat liye yaar tumlog... ticket ka 50% bhi wapas nahi mila humko...lutne ke liye app banaya hai tumlog.

Reservation compartment are very poorly ventilated
It just like wasting of money in traveling this train and u will definitely have severe headache,
Very poor condition of Indian railway .Just shame of u
