Train got delayed in the last leg, cleaning standard was not up to the mark
Cleanliness fair,lose punctuality
No proper check about coach, AC-II Class ticket but journey provided in AC-III tier Coach, taken fare of AC-II tier but provided AC-III tier coach. As per rule it should be reimburse balance difference amount in A/C.

old coach .no mobile charger point. 4 hours late. bad experience..

Newly built train. Late by more than 3 hours at the destination. Worse food Quality and overcharged by catering vendor.
No cleaning staff was there in the entire train.
compartment were not clean.
Old type of AC compartment were there in which charging point was not available.
My coach was B1 51 if u have any doubt just check it
Leaving passengers , prior to destination is not correct service. Specially if train is on time
