Cleaning was absolutely worst. there was no water through out the journey in B2 COACH. TOILET WAS ALSO SMELLING A LOT

I would have given it a 5 star. but I found lots of cockroaches in the coach. I did not order food from the train.

first of all I want to say about gwalior station there was smell on platform no.1 like rotten rats and I don't know why train came late and I waited on platform for 1:20 hour & sorry to say but i didn't tried food

chalte time poori boggi hilti hai jhatke lagte toilet ek dum gande hote hai aur ye gari late bhi hoti hai bekar gari hai ye.

Water was not available in my half journey. Water was available after I reached Agra. On asking the staff they said plz use washrooms of other bogies.

my family boarding at vijaya nagram samtha train late 1hour my next station Raipur arriving 3hour 45 minute late my Next connect train Durg Exp 18201 missing my family too much saffer my father sinor citizen age 80 too much problem i am face my request next time do not repeat

Worst train. Food was such that I offered the same to sweeper even he could not ate it. RAC not confirmed by TTE. Seats given to passengers travelling without ticket charging huge lum sum. When I approached TTE he said no seats available. Railway should have an eye on allotment of train tickets in train to other than RAC passengers. Even bed roll was not provided railway staff is saying RAC are not authorised for bed roll. I also showed him railway circular of bed roll to RAC passengers. TTE said I will check but he never returned.

AC WAS NOT WORKING OF 2ND AC COACH
FROM RPRD TO NAGPUR.NO ONE AGREE FOR SOLVE THE PROBLEM,NEITHER TTE NOR TECNICIAN.AFTER ALONG REQUEST TO TTE HE CHANGE MY BEARTH TO ANATHER COACH.
