i booked a ticket one week before but they gave it to me rac very very conjusted seat i have one year baby.. on one seat me and my wife and my children very tired and they charged to me same fare for SL class

This is orphan train and neglected child. never maintains punctuality. just before destination both at kacheguda and tirupati train is always stopped for half an hour or so. shame on the authorities for such a pathetic state. passengers are suffering a lot. Hope there will be positive action. All the best. I never eat train food. I bring from home. I am a frequent traveler.

Worst experience ever.. Seats are not confirmed and had to take general tickets to travel in emergency situations. The refund is not yet done. No customer support atall. You are looting peoples money in all the ways possible. I arge to refunt my money back. I don't recommend this to anybody

train cancelled at 19-30 hrs and informed by raiilway authorites and no information rec'd about cancellation of train well in advance & so far amount is not refunded and no information about refund status

Water in Bathroom (B3) was overflowing in the morning...except which everything is absolutely fine.
