I booked ladies compartment. I thought only ladies will be there in that compartment but gens also there in ladies compartment. if gens also allowed in ladies compartment.then why should you keep the name ladies compartment.

unfortunately food is the only issue always in railways. limited options and nothing available in stations. this time I took 1AC and found the coach is very new and felt happy. hope they maintain it properly for few more years.

Train maintenance very bad, no water in toilets, toilets not clean, especially coach no.S3 very dirty. please see that there is enough water in toilets, many taps are leaking.

upto Renigunta junction loco pilot mentain time promptly but, Renigunta junction signal staff unable to connect clear the platform. We are all wait one hour to platform clearance.

bogies are not good not cleaned, berths are all repaired some off are damaged not repaired. wash rooms are worst smelling at wash basin water flowing out inside bogie. in 30 years I had not seen like this in railways

i booked a ticket one week before but they gave it to me rac very very conjusted seat i have one year baby.. on one seat me and my wife and my children very tired and they charged to me same fare for SL class

Worst experience ever.. Seats are not confirmed and had to take general tickets to travel in emergency situations. The refund is not yet done. No customer support atall. You are looting peoples money in all the ways possible. I arge to refunt my money back. I don't recommend this to anybody

train cancelled at 19-30 hrs and informed by raiilway authorites and no information rec'd about cancellation of train well in advance & so far amount is not refunded and no information about refund status
