The wash rooms are not properly maintained, the train starts at the correct time but reached my destination by 45 mns delay . I didn't order any food hence not providing any ratings

మేము తిరుపతి నుండి హైదరాబాద్ కి ట్రైన్ లో ప్రయాణం చేసినాము తెలుపండి బయలుదేరిన ఒక గంట రెండు గంటల ప్రాంతంలోని టాయిలెట్లు కంపు కొట్టు పోతున్నాయి వాటర్ రావడం లేదు అసలు క్లీన్ నెస్ అనేది పాటించడం లేదు.

There is no preference in allocation of bearth s. Even senior citizens can be allotted all upper berths. Its not suggestble. .How they will use those seats.In allocation of bearth please look after their age.

Train was good fist affol thanks to confirm and irctc last moment my ticket has confirmed in upper class feel's very Happy that moment i never forget this.. ❤️

the sleeper is not look like a sleeper it's actually looks like a general compartment because everybody enters into all compartments even though the didn't buy the tickets..

but exactly train will at which platform is not correct needed give exactly at time of arrival and departure need to rectify tht to good convince for customer who are traveling for train because senior citizens need correct plant details at the time of traveling.

Worse maintenance, no cleaning, not good service especially the coach is completely bad smell and also uncleaned circumstances, windows are worse, we can't close the window and open, but excellent in timing punctuality.

waste of time to book this and worst train in bookings
less availability of seats when we book from a week
against to our happiness better to remove this train in our telugu states
because it can't carry 2 state people

There was no water in the wash basin and toilet for some time. After complaining to TT, the same are restored. Bogie No. (B1, B2 etc) should be inside the compartment also, without which one cannot identify the adjacent bogie

Seat / Birth no's to be displayed clearly especially during night time, as passengers boarding in night time are unable to locate their birth numbers resulting in disturbance to co passengers.

Good maintenance.. Hard working staff.. Dustbins could have been better.. As the coach was very neat and new. Pillow covers had stains. As usual the blankets were stinking.. Was. Again late by 45 min.. Disappointed as I got late to work
