The food is not good at all, the taste is very bad and the train timings are not on time and also the washrooms are not very good. There is a very bad smell in the train coach.

The ticket checking is fine,but the bathrooms are in worst condition,it is so stinky and not cleaned properly.

this is very waste app , though train is delayed by 45mins and not even reached station . but this app shown that train had reached the station (that too before actual time 10mins before the actual time) and made me rush and tension. I got very angry

After 4 years I have travelled in Railways. It changed a lot.
Feeling happy. Due to lack of cleanliness and unresponsiveness of railway staff, I have chosen private bus services. Now on I will give preference to Railways 👍

worst train experience no proper hygiene. full of cockroaches and in 3rd AC B2 coach passengers took alcohol and did a mess but no one warned them. please maintain a proper hygiene

wort experience the train was 2 hours late and very poor maintaince the coach's are very poor maintaince they are moving that the passenger are all afraid

I travelled on 14/04/2022. For night travelling it's a very good option. punctuality was very good and good experience.

Well Maintained, Ride quality is superb and the excellent in punctuality.Enjoyed the experience in this train trip.
