v v dirty toilets....no water for major part of the travel...dirty compartments. nobody came for any leaming .....horrible experience....many passengers called the help lines given...only pacifying talks and false assurances were given, no remedial actions at all. v v sad state of affairs.

very bad experience in this train.in this train there is no TT available and reservation was general boggie.
TT has taken money in plateform. I have a lot of complaints in Rail madad as well as itarsi.

Food supplied in this train was very bad, too spicy and bad in taste. The staff of IRCTC suppying these items were very rude and not responding properly to our queries.

I travel in M1 SEAT NO 15
IN MY COACH Cooling of AC is very low due to this some passengers feels suffocation.
I complaint to AC technician to regulate proper AC condition in COACH.

this train is getting late always....and Washroom are not clean no water ....🫢😣🤮bad experience
only 2boggy for sleeper couch so people are not letting booked ticket people on their respective seats unless and until TC comes

S2 sleeper coach me pura general coach person chad ke baita hai... aur tickets check karne TT bhi aaya nahi hai... bahut bekar train hai... maine sleeper book kiya hai lekin baitke jana padaraha hai

isse gandi gadi aaj tak nhi dekhi passenger gadi se bhi gandi gadi pure 8 ghante ho gaye ek bhi pentrycart wala nhi aya pani tak Dene Sach me isse gandi gadi koi nhi hai

Old coaches windows not closed properly
villas due t to running train no sleep third class travelling experience required new LHB coaches for such x long journey
changes almost coaches into LHB

Very bad experience. Train main koi safai nahi hoti hai. 5 Feb ko tkt nikala tha. RAC 3 tha
abhi tak confirm nahi hua or TT ne bhi nahi diya.. Attender refuse to handover blanket to both RAC persons till TT given our full seat. overall very difficulty faced by us to travel on long route.

A very picturesque view of Dudhsagar waterfall, thought it should be used as an opportunity to view the waterfall had the train been halted for a while with security measures, otherwise its just a 2 sec view!

Very uncomfortable seating. Anyone came and sat on reserved seats. No proper organization. TC was corrupt, was taking bribes openly, no fear of anything.
Police were very cooperative and helpful.

No electric charging board.. Third class food served and that too at a very high price. Cleanliness was much better than it used to be.. And the train was punctual as usual.. But really the food is ... Horrifying..
