didn't even confirmed the ticket then how can I travel...i should take this issue to consumer court.. didn't even cancelled one passenger still shows waitlisted and last moment it cancelled and not even refunded the ticket fare

train was scheduled to arrive by 2:19 pm but it was late for more than one hour. I think the washrooms are not even cleaned in the last 6 months. There is no cleaning staff also. Food is the worst part that I ordered chicken biryani for 150₹ and I got a container full of dried rice and a boiled chicken piece. If anniyan was not fictional he would have been eliminated the pantry operator. That kind of worst food. Ticket rates are low I agree but we are paying what irctc is demanding,no bargaining so you railway is supposed to atleast bring clean toilets to the passengers. Thankyou

When you (IRly) operate a SF train like passenger don't collect SF charges.Indian Railways still 5 decades behind European countries. Stop boasting Rly.Minister &pls travel by SL class to get on d spot experience & feedback.Sitting at Delhi& going by Flights won't be justified your post.Be humble & practical like ordinary Citizen.

lot of cockroaches in the train and it's not cleaned properly.food quality is average and its took 1hr late

am not happy with journey train came half an hour late nd it has to reach by 1.30 pm but it is reached by 3.15pm
totally am not happy with this journey, dis satisfied
