I traveled in Ac2nd class.Train compartment is full of cockroaches it's in a pathetic condition.my all languages got full of cockroaches which I bought to my house.there is zero maintenance to control that.its very unhygienic.it has to be rectified with immediate action

when we requested for two lower berths for two aged senior citizen ladies, we got upper berths. some consideration should be there for the passengers with health issues and physical inabilities due to old age
