Dear IRCTC very warest system RAC ticket confirmed but still 2 passengers one site how to manage we are booking through confirm ticket booking app ticket price and another charge definitely confirmed not confirmed amount double refund,one sete confirm another ticket RAC finiale two tickets RAC ticket confirmed, not possible two' tickets send refund why are you froud IRCTC, this is centeral government losses comon-man each department bastered system this is not first time iam repeated facing this problem last 6 years iam accepting system change, system change, but not system change, political leader's and under department's

3 months ago I booked the tickets, it's WL1,2,3,4,
after 3 months it's cancelled, Not even given 2 tickets, I was an option lesser , And no tickets were available, This is not correct

this train travels only in telugu states and all the TC are from North India they didn't known telugu and english also how should we handle with them this is not correct

B1 coach, near berth No. 50 Decolam sheets are in loose condition, unable to sleep and also the berth chain in loose condition is very difficult to sleep.
I have not taken any Food.

Train reached my destination 2 hours late. Why would Indian Railway not adopt the penalty system if the train is late by more than 2 hours.?? I am utterly not satisfied.

huge delay, there is no body to clean toilets, i got seats at 67,69,70,72. Although I booked well in advance i got allotted seats near toilets, because of very bad smell from toilets,myself and my family members could sleep properly. Request authorities to see that toilets are hygienic, as human beings are traveling in trains to Tirupati for good darshan of lord srivenkateswara swamy. Also please allot bearths in the middle atleast for people who are booking well in advance.

toilets not released, generating foul smell
flush in toilets not releasing enough water
AC was not full after 10pm, single fan not enough for circulating AC and upper births donot feel any AC at all.

Train speed was great even staff was good..but internal cleanliness has to be maintained..!!Guess what there were mice under the berths!!!!Literally..!!
