my parents above 65, n my mother having high BP patient n planned to tpty in this train n she got so much disappointment for train delay, she need to take nap at 10pm but upto 1:30am she awaken. my request if train delay is going on there is need to give information. train not only for middle age r youth. its all ages will travel. please consider my request n give prior information for delayness.

No cleaning inside the coach. Doors locked from inside , lot of inconvenience to passengers boarding in mid stations.
