All general tkt holders occupies the seats and disturbing reserved passengers. TT is also not taking care on them.Very worst part, TT guiding them to not accommodate all UR tkt holders at one place...

reserved coaches are as equal to General coach.. anybody gets in without even a proper ticket nd sit in the bay n near legs..causing too much inconvenience to the ones who are travelling with proper reserved Tickets. this needs to be addressed immediately... neither the TC nor the RPF objects

The worst train, i have ever had in my life. Its like a auto running in village unstable road, when the train put brake. Moreover it's maintenance should have to be good of breakes. it feels worst.

TTE not come till destination. Rac passengers sitting as it is. Toilets were stinking, doors of toilets not moving smoothly. due to rain in travel time, water was flushing from bottom of seats, luggage were wet

Train is worst. and today the train 12760 stopped at charapell outer and leaved another train. 12760 is also a superfast express. why train was stopped 01:40 minutes in outer of charapell. that to the TTE in S6 was not cleared the RAC. infront of my passenger and he travelling his child. to Chennai. he sold money for the berths. to others. these is the worst suitation in railways.

very very bad experience on this train in my life I never see like this much of shakes every 5-10 minutes it's getting jerk we cant able to stand also the old persons are very critical to travel totally very bad experience please make any good to customers thank you

A very effective train. coaches are neat and clean. highly comfortable. made the journey from Hyderabad to Chennai a very pleasant and memorable one. Did not try food. but coffee was not good

Dussera season.compartment packed with unreserved passengers.increase general bogies during festival seasons.coffee rs 20? robbing public.not 90ml only 60ml.ur cup is big but quantity too less.robbing innocent public.give menu cards to mobile sellers.display rates in bogies.

A comfortable and smooth journey. Also police patrols try their best to prevent any instances of theft or pickpocketing along the way. Washrooms were also clean(both western and Indian). Would like to see an improvement in the food available, but that generally applies to all trains.

it's a Very painful to write this everytime whenever I got RC Ticket, it's not confirm by the TT, while those who have waiting list Ticket or open Ticket Mr.TT Allotted to them only might be got from them..as far as Railway New Rules RC Ticket will be is like Confirmed Ticket only..Every time I traveled in a Very Painful & Pathetic Journey only, please look in to this..Thank you

Don't provide food. yiu cheat with people. food quality is very wrost. all are cold and that price is below Rs.40 meal. which is available. meals photo is looking good but not realy it look like pic. Paneer is very very wrost quality. I paid Rs.200 for meals. now I am journey. I raide complain against that food provider

Train started from Hyderabad by 20min and will not make up through enroute, which leads a maximum delaying at destination by 1.5hr late. I missed my important meeting at Chennai.
