seats are very conjusted, seat width particularly very small children seat type, foot rests are not comfort, seat recliners are not working

the train does not have foot rest, no proper place to throw or store garbage earlier people used to come and collect waste in between the journey because of which people are keeping the waste papers under the seat covers which is not hygeine in an AC coach.

Second sitting seats are worst when compared to general. Next time I preferred only the general seats

damage & broken seats in air condition (a/c) coach are not acceptable

On that day there was 40% occupancy in D2, but I was in pqwl at the time of reservation. Why I didn't get confirmed ticket straight away?
It was misleading.

i have booked my train ticket and it was not confirmed was been in waiting list,Today i got the message that 60.rs will be refunded.Why i have to get only half amount when i didn't even travelled in that train i need my complete amount back

washroom were slippery as they poured phynol and did not wipe it my friend slipped and fell down poor maintainence
