very poor cleaning, G2 western toilet Open dust bin kept, not cleared from 7.30 to 8.40 PM at visakhapatnam station, though we informed to TT, AC technician, Linen supplier boy, horrible toilets of neibouring coaches also, some western toilets written under repair, garib Rath means untachable or down trodden ?

we got RAC 47 for one senior citizen along with a 2.5 year kid. Request you to pls find the passengers age and allocate the seats.
The wash rooms are very dirty and odd smell.
compared with the previous very horrible journey this time.

as mine is seat no 7 and due to people coming from washrooms the area near me became wet and muddy and the door is to noisy .In the sense compared to otjer doors its very noisy as its tight

we did not get a berth only the side lower seats are offered both my wife and child has suffered like anything with less space but the ticket fare is charged high because confirm ticket option without berth it is usekess

it is good train Well maintained but the height the upper berth is Way to low got hit every time I tried to get up from sleeping position, I have not taken food

Irtc is making a big scam out of this
By fooling people by charging a ticket fare per head and listing the seats per Rac based even for AC this is a big loot there are making from ppl

Train coaches are very old & water leakages are there in few coaches. so many cockroaches were found. wool blankets were not distributed. Worst maintenance. Please consider my observations & rectify the problems.

worst and most unhygienic experience during the journey. got the last coach (GD2) of the train with the same cost. no proper air conditioner in the coach.

no housekeeping services at all all thorough the journey period, no water in most of the coaches. I didn't understand the logic behind allowing this train to be static just infront of the Secunderabad station for a clear 20 minutes though the train was very well on time and allowing another train, Nagpur express to go past this train.

The prices of pantry car items are of poor quality in, but high in price.
Tea sold at 10 instead of7,
Water bottle for 20 vs 15.
Breakfast 40 against 30.
Daylight looting.
