worst and most unhygienic experience during the journey. got the last coach (GD2) of the train with the same cost. no proper air conditioner in the coach.
washroom maintenance is worst I've ever seen before. Water facility got interrupted. Totally it's a Horrible experience in washroom.

train delayed by an hour and no proper response from railway staff..worse customer service
we have enjoyed excellent service extended by IRCTC staff while we are making journey by train.
no housekeeping services at all all thorough the journey period, no water in most of the coaches. I didn't understand the logic behind allowing this train to be static just infront of the Secunderabad station for a clear 20 minutes though the train was very well on time and allowing another train, Nagpur express to go past this train.

timing of the train to be maintained. most of the time it is at outer of the final station.
In garib rath train, always there is shortage of water in toilet. The train reaches Secunderabad always late at least 45 minutes.
