The washrooms are too dirty and water spills from taps, no proper maintenance, may be we need to get this cleaned at intermediate station when it's going for a long journey

worst experience I have done...befor one month back I booked tickets but still I got seat RAC it's worst process don't book this dnt prefer..no hygiene maintenance

Not getting berth, journey completely on RAC. Ticket collector was selling the vacant berths by not providing berths to RAC tickets. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed on this journey. Price is not worth for the RAC, then why this reservation system. Why we afford such costs? After this government railways became too worst without maintenance.

Please increase the number of sleeper coaches and give priority to who have Booked tickets Long Back . we Booked Tickets 2 months back and we Finally got 3 RAC Seats for 6 people and Those who have booked one week back they got Seats. please change the ticketing system

in this train humans and animals traveling(big big πŸ€ πŸ€ rat's) S4 compartment..please clean every day and maintain good quality, small kids traveling also ,kindly I request to you dear Indian railway team please maintain good πŸ‘..iam traveling nalgonda to thirupathi with my family.. Train quality is normal, we dont have ordered food so cannot say aboit that and punctuality if very very bad, it has delayed for 1 hr 30 mints

I got very disappointed with the railway management, Actually I have booked 2 tickets for my trip but only 1 got confirmed that too in RAC and for another person to whom I booked another ticket with me got no seat reserved so that we both travelled by sharing with that 1 seat which got reserved for both of us for the whole night we don't got proper sleep let's keep the matter of the amount which didn't got refunded aside,but what about the worst night we have spent by us my friend too got affected by this as he said me to book the tickets. i personally feel this is very unfair, railway department I must say this is your disaster service please make it to be resolved ASAP.

when I was in train around 2Am to 5:20am NO AC...I faced very tough time more than two hours..Maintance very poor...No technician No Electrician..very bad experience

Senior citizens and women allotted upper births, not at all justified, atleast one of them should have given lower birth, Both lower births have been allocated to younger couple

Really improved, great maintenance. Needs a good pillow, bit better management of Bathroom. Need more western toilets, because lots Adults traveling and the train is basically to Tirupathy

I travel at least 4 times a year by this train it has now on board house keeping staff throughout the journey and about food the quality matters it changes sometimes sometimes it’s good sometime it average they won’t give preference for curries and chutneys overall it’s a good travel experience

Need improvement in all the above aspects. Even after one and half hour late train didn't stopped for half minute also as it has to stop for 2 mins. Worst maintanance by the station master
