first confirm the tickets as we requested . I got knee operation. while booking I always opt for lower berth but you always alloys upper berth. am exhausted with this.

toilets are very bad smelling.
Food is not qualified, please maintain best coffee and snacks in train ,if possible please design a canteen in train.

Horrible train, ugly and smelly bathrooms, 3 hours late inward and 6 hours late outward. No proper communication,, messages etc. Never take train again.....it was big a mistake to ride in train

I travelled in 3rd AC. But it smells stinking. Berth seat cushion not good. I felt pain to sleep on the bed cushion.
