really your app is a useless app why we are trying book tickets in the train the main reason is we can travel by sleeping on berth and even we are paying excess amount for ticket confirmation but ultimately your team is showing the finger and providing the coupon for alternative if we try to use if gor train booking it is not working in what way you people have designed this non sense app

train had no water in the washrooms, getting on to the upper berth became even more difficult because the railing type frame on one side was removed and it's like trekking himalayas for elderly people and women allotted upper berths

Train improved from my last trip by removing 3 berths sidewise.
would be better if extra holders provided to get onto the upper berth. Bathrooms can be maintained much better.

Both my fellow passager and i shared a single RAC set thats the problem i need and i felt uncomfortable till 1.30am after that tt guided with some other berth to my fellow passanger

worst toilet maintaince in godavari express
please increase ganaral compartments.....so many people struggle
train is inside luking gud ...build also gud but ...washrooms not maintain gud.......ac coaches always maintain gud ...but middle class coaches not maintain well sir....

I got seat in s4, the S4 Coach is the different (old model) from other coaches.In mid nights the window doors keep sounds and there is a lot of disturbance and also the lock of door not working properly.

మొబైల్ యాప్ లో చూపించే ప్లాట్ఫారం వేరు ఉంటుంది ట్రైన్ వచ్చి ఆగే ప్లాట్ఫారం వేరు ఉంటుంది నాకు లాస్ట్ ఇది ఫేస్ చేశాను జస్ట్ సెకండ్స్ లో డ్రీమ్ మిస్ అవుతుంది మొబైల్ యాప్ లో 5 అని చూపించింది ప్లాట్ఫామ్. ట్రెయిన్ ఆగింది ప్లాట్ఫారం 7 ప్యాసింజర్స్ కి ఇది చాలా పెద్ద ప్రాబ్లం దీన్ని రిపీట్ అవ్వకుండా చూసుకోండి

Train Delay by 3hours, not Traveled and no Return of amount from ConfirmTkt team, Bad and Poor response from Confirmtkt team, Train quality and food quality I don't know due to not Traveled that day

I don't understand why is it asking me for food quality, when there was no food provided ???
First AC coupe could be made a lot better, the current interiors suck , if it can be upgraded people will really love traveling in first AC.
Also, it could be better if there was a small TV for each passenger in first AC, similar to a flight.

No security at all in reservation coaches. It was just like a general coach during my journey. No place to put my luggage as the entire coach was occupied by unreserved and waitlist candidates.

3rd AC compartments are toilets are very very ugly we hope Godavari journey is a very happy journey I used to travel in Godavari since 20 years sorry for comment on my loved Godavari
