మొబైల్ యాప్ లో చూపించే ప్లాట్ఫారం వేరు ఉంటుంది ట్రైన్ వచ్చి ఆగే ప్లాట్ఫారం వేరు ఉంటుంది నాకు లాస్ట్ ఇది ఫేస్ చేశాను జస్ట్ సెకండ్స్ లో డ్రీమ్ మిస్ అవుతుంది మొబైల్ యాప్ లో 5 అని చూపించింది ప్లాట్ఫామ్. ట్రెయిన్ ఆగింది ప్లాట్ఫారం 7 ప్యాసింజర్స్ కి ఇది చాలా పెద్ద ప్రాబ్లం దీన్ని రిపీట్ అవ్వకుండా చూసుకోండి

Quality of train not good and clean. Train not getting punctual in time and two hours delay. From my grandparents time Godavari means very punctual but train not reached at sharp 5 and 2 and half hours delay. Also destination of platform changed in Secundrabad Junction in 23.12.2023

i booked sleeper tickets and the is like general coach and half of passengers in coach doesn't have any tickets and many of them behaving very rude

Train Delay by 3hours, not Traveled and no Return of amount from ConfirmTkt team, Bad and Poor response from Confirmtkt team, Train quality and food quality I don't know due to not Traveled that day

I don't understand why is it asking me for food quality, when there was no food provided ???
First AC coupe could be made a lot better, the current interiors suck , if it can be upgraded people will really love traveling in first AC.
Also, it could be better if there was a small TV for each passenger in first AC, similar to a flight.

very bad, ticket collector loaded with general people (non reservation candidate with out sleeper class tickets, he was made full corruption with them.

No security at all in reservation coaches. It was just like a general coach during my journey. No place to put my luggage as the entire coach was occupied by unreserved and waitlist candidates.

food supplier is worst and he charges 60 rupee for chapati and curry was smelling. after i asked about this to the supplier he said . you will het food like this only

Toilet are not cleaed properlly water line are blocked and food serve persons are demanded more price than printed rate quality is not good

3rd AC compartments are toilets are very very ugly we hope Godavari journey is a very happy journey I used to travel in Godavari since 20 years sorry for comment on my loved Godavari
