I have Reserved ticket in S5 it's reservation couch but people are taking general ticket and travel in this couch I caused inconvenience in travelling, Please Do arrange some staff to shift people who take general ticket and travel in Reservation Couch.
next the Train was 15mins delay due to Vande Bharat Express was waiting on platform no 1, that waiting for 30mins and caused Telangana express 15mins late to arrive, but good thing is I reached just 10mins late to bellampally , Pilot covered almost late time.
but am Ok.

Please Don't allow the passengers with Pan masala, Gutka. They are Chewing and Spitting every where in compartment and spoiling the train Particularly in this Telangana express alot of passengers like this. Please take necessarily steps

sleeper class management is worst. General ticket holders are entering in to sleeper class and creating inconvenience, disturbance to confirm ticket holders. T.T s are not looking into this matter. in the mid night and early morning it is very difficult to reach the toilet rooms. management is not proper, It should be in a proper way.

During the journey, cleaning is needed.Paper covers for the bedsheet are generally thrown on the ground by passengers.Needs cleaning.During the journey cleaning of bathrooms is needed.If cleaning is improved people would love to travel by train.Most people complain regards the cleaning.Its improved but seems like department has not tried to improve during journey cleaning.If you have to appoint two cleaners for the entire train and journey on travel basis just like you have ticket checkers it will make a difference.

Very Bad. No response from your side and no updates. Here in the Train the T.C's were insisting to purchase new Ticket as the online ticket is not permissible. Very Bad experience and I have sfferred a lot with mental agony and heavy tension, very Bad experience in the life, please correct it. When you cancel the ticket then you should have released my amount so that I can purchase a new ticket with that amount Please correct it and don't allow to repeat the same.

I must say overall had good experience, the citizens should treat all the railway facility as there and treat it well, i dnt know when we will have dispalined people boarding the train and take care of it's upkeep.

I boarded train from Ballarpur in A/C first class but i got my bed roll after five hrs after complaining to TC.Secondly no sales man comes to A/C first class for selling tea/coffee/snacks/cold drinks frequently and if by chance they come they do not have the varieties.you have to buy whatever they have got.kindly depute one sales men specially for A/C first class for better service.

Secbad to skzr 6:50 to 11am journey.. train gets delayed and it will arrive at 11.
How can a passenger to stay back till 11 when he could reach by 11. Full reimbursement has to happen in delay cases. Benefit has to be always on passenger,not iirctc getting benefit if passenger cancels the ticket

awesome train journey but only the problem in that train is i and my family suffered from the bad smell which was coming from the toilet when the train was in running but the train is super and the best one I travelled

food quality very bad I have pay 100 rs order veg thali with paneer sabji but serve only aalu sabji but no one railway employee check this all railway staff involving this time of query but no result.....
