Without reservation 99% travelling General ticket persons. As per my side I booked these tickets 3 months back. But I did my journey with family on standing of the gate based on rush. So what is the use if booking also

Seating is very uncomfortable😔😣... it's okay for 1 or 2hr journey but in consideration of oldage people or aged people they feel leg pains due to closely seated arrangement!!

During journey time, some of the unauthorised passengers are being occupied the reserved seats and creating some unwanted nuance. This is to be curtailed. TTEs in trains are verifing only reserved ticket holders, but not passengers not having reservations. This is regretted...... Bhushan. Govt Employee

toilet cleaning is very poor,
there is no stopage between general compartment to AC compartment.
