no train quality very dirty instead of informing staff came very late
no punctullity no proper information at station for delayed train even platform no displayed
Pantry car staff selling local brands of cold drinks and quality of tea and food also below standard
Relative Officer please take action to improve the services

government policy of charging penality and letting go is being misused and reserved booking has become like general dabbas.Hope government looks into the matter soon.Afyer charging penality they need a place to sit and a berth to sleep.If you have charged a lot of people make sure you add one or two more boggies to suit the demand

one of worst train of indian railways, no soaps in 2nd ac & during asking to fulfill the same they used to say maintenance contract is over, hence no availablity.

no cleanliness train with complete rain water flowing from under the seats and my luggage is spoiled and the coach is really worst and mainly wash basins and toilets are improper

I travelled from Bhopal to Nagpur in a 2AC coach. Strangely there is only one 2nd AC coach available in this train. My seat number was 25. as I entered the train the TC was sitting on my seat. He had been allotted a seat in 3rd AC, but he said that 3AC has a lot of people, we get disturb. Hence I am sitting here. We were two people and he asked one of us to sit somewhere else where he made an alternate arrangement. I would like Indian Railways to look at such incidents in future to avoid any kind of problem to the passengers.

The train was late by 1hour 15minutes at our boarding station , it was very dirty , the bathrooms were horrible and stinking , the food was terrible as well !

almost 30 hr of my journey toilets was not cleaned atleast one time i raise a complaint to 139 emergency but no response .
do not matter what's the train punctuality but toilet cleaning was matter.

I'm traveling in sleeper class. earlier sleeper bogeys are at par 3AC in quality and facilities. now they had replaced them with older ones from other train there by train looking like a passenger train. ??????????????

train came early but reached the destination late. food quality average. train quality is poor.. windows are not shutting down completely..I suffered with cold wind entire night.

I had taken Veg.biriyani in pantry car which costs me about Rs 60. But it is not filled with full rice and i am not able to eat it. I actually asked him about these less rice in the box. We are selling these rice only to all the passengers, they are not asking regarding these but you are asking.I am asking to provide the quality of food but not the price i am paying

I can consider clean ness at a good level but I am not happy with food. We are pay a good amount to eat food so food quality should be better. Even i took a veg. Briyani that briyani i hadn't eat fully. That kind of bad food.
