used blanket had given..... they told me blanket washed once in 40 days... UNTILL passengers have to use these used blankets without washing..

cleaning was very poor and I have seen many trains ac coaches but this train ac coaches are very dirty toilets was not cleaned when I start my journey still now...

Train was neat and clean. Food was average similar to other trains. Train was punctual just one or two minutes late sometimes. Avg speed of the train was 90kmph.

I travelled yesterday in this train, which is vey horrible in reaching destination station delayed by three and half hours by which I. Missed my connecting train.
Cleaniliness- which is some what ok but more neatness and frequently to be cleaned the coaches.
Food- quiet good

very bad experience on food, we got received on upma with plastic paper and matches stick. Hope in prison people can eat better food than this.

There was no water in wash basin oneside. .. Apart from contineus complaint from KACHEGUDA STATION TT or coach Attendant didn't respond and water supply not Ensured ..

Train is running late by 2 and half hours. The food from the pantry is half cooked tasteless and overpriced. Bathrooms are not clean and the water faucets don't work properly.

Train was ran very late, it should reach H Nizamuddin at 1800 h , but reached at 2050 h and this is not first time, it's always late. Some AC coaches are old and to be replaced with new coaches.

Time sense is really "zero" and PC Service man are really rude, and and don't have any intention to serve people better with rates and good behaviour.

Please maintain cleanness, small bugs in 2AC I can't sleep full night it's my horrible night journey. Please weekly wash windows cloths.
