it's especially summer and the water which is available in trains are not at all cool and it's hard to travel in this summer without basic cool water and also the cool drinks which are sold in trains are of D grade food companies some of them don't even have a company name on it

I have booked first Ac and the seats were not cleaned there is dust everywhere.Sinve there are the mosquitoes i asked the cleaning staff to send a person to clean properly he didn't come and the washroom tap was not working it was tied with a cloth and closed the cover on the seats were coming off.Very bad experience

i travelled in 3A, there is Too Much AC, it's too cold & uncomfortable, some people discussed only about AC., Half of the Journey was happened like this., remaining is ok.

often train reserved seats are not monitored by TTES which are captured by RAC & waitlisted passengers as a result they conflicts with reserved passengers & further TTES disappear after being done their formal duties

worst washroom no water in washroom since train from tirupati to Delhi.
train halted 1hr in tirupati no water was filled in washroom. complaint raised Ticket examiner but no use.

Tirupati stn need train num / platform display boards on each platform for passengers awareness.
Also train cleanliness require major improvement . Many a time we have seen TT spitting gutka in bathroom.

I travelled yesterday in this train, which is vey horrible in reaching destination station delayed by three and half hours by which I. Missed my connecting train.
Cleaniliness- which is some what ok but more neatness and frequently to be cleaned the coaches.
Food- quiet good

There was no water in wash basin oneside. .. Apart from contineus complaint from KACHEGUDA STATION TT or coach Attendant didn't respond and water supply not Ensured ..

Train is running late by 2 and half hours. The food from the pantry is half cooked tasteless and overpriced. Bathrooms are not clean and the water faucets don't work properly.

Train was ran very late, it should reach H Nizamuddin at 1800 h , but reached at 2050 h and this is not first time, it's always late. Some AC coaches are old and to be replaced with new coaches.
