it is waste to opt assured tickets as the refund of 3x is just a waste .. lots of formalities and difficult to avail the benefit as the it only available on booking the tickets with in stipulated time. it is waste for casual Travellers

One dust bin, some ladder part was kept under the seat of first a/c. No A/c till train started and also a/c was very mild. We were suffering head ache because of a/c not functioning. Steps to upper birth making noise.

smell of the restroom , provided a vomiting sensation to all the passengers in the compartment.
of course there is no use of reviewing a train though.

I am not satisfied for cleaning. S7 coach door not fine. Water very salty.dust on berth.nobody come in pantry department.
