we have booked our tickets, 60 days in advance, unfortunately the day 1 itself was wait listed. On the of travel it just RAC, We the day of our journey also it was also confirmed.

This is the place i got for a 2AC TICKET. Totally an unbearable situation. Atleast there should be a seat allotment done for people like us. My ticket status is still showing wl 4 and I'm about to reach my destination in another 1 hour.

Travelled in AC 2-tier. The berth area was generally clean. The common area (with wash basin, etc.) is not clean. It could be maintained better. Train started on time but started running late by several minutes. I didn't have any food - but no option to submit no rating.

Dear Railway Authority
This is a kind request from us ,on holidays if the seats are not confirmed means it's creating a great difficulty for the passenger. We are booking tickets though in the waiting list in tge thought that it will get confirmed on the day of traveling . But I'm really sorry to say that the last moment cancellation made so much of many passengers ,we approach the Railway Station and check the status, they told it's festival time so all seats are full, you can travel in the general compartments by taking tickets. We did so but the general compartments situation was so pathetic, there is no place to keep even the little toe.
Dear Authorities if you are providing general tickets please provide limited tickets.
And if you are cancelling the tickets which is on waiting list kindly inform the people at least one day prior so that we can do someother alternative to reach our destination.
Or arrange one or more compartments.
Or some other alternative.

7 days before has booked the ticket WL/7 but still yesterday after chart it has been shown WL/2. Then why people give extra money to these app and buy tickets where advertisement shows various types on social media about" CONFIRM TICKET". Just make fool to the people.

This train is not even fit for single star it is the most worst train I had ever travelled in my life time , horrible sounds while the train is moving full of vibration till the start to end it was so scary i thought i will not reach my place alive totally horrible train.

TTR not a good person I have 2 booked first time online train ticket waiting list 22 price 541 when I enter train ttr told this not valid train moving I have 2.5 year and 9 month old two babys ttr told go out train moving he told I ask sir please request we sit toilet place I pay reservations amount but he ask 1300 RS I dont have that much money wrong talking he told you out in next stop why I pay that much money he not giving seat? he all are blood sucking black money holders please this kind_of person not train job

The sleeper class compartments are very very old and the side lower birth was on two different plane and uneven. Rodent made hole in my backpack

ok can definitely be better. We are very proud of our railways, but sad with delays in timings. We understand delays reasons. However what is lacking is digitising then information process.
