The train coaches were old excepting few.The train was late by 15 minutes.

All the train coaches are very old and the main door cannot be locked. Windows are very loose and cannot.be locked. Punctuality is also worse despite of less stopping. The picture shown here is the S7 coach of the train 12682

TRAIN FORMATION WELL BEFORE TO ITS DEPARTURE TIME BUT THE COACH INSIDE LIGHTS ARE SWITCHED ON JUST 10 MINUTES BEFORE OF DEPARTURE. ALL THE PASSENGERS HAVE FACED BIG DIFFICULTIES AND PAINFUL MOMENTS. HOPE YOU PAY ATTENTION AND AVOID SUCH INCONVINIENTS TO THE PASSENGERS IN FUTURE.

The fans provided in the coaches are not complying passengers need. The lower berth passenger not get fan air

no water in 2nd ac toilet and outside washbasin right from Chennai to Tirupur.It may be reason for number of urinary infection patients.staff behaviour is very bad.O rate
