Train interior panel fit and finish was poor. The food was served very late to vegetarians and dessert was also not served. The staff mentioned that the ladoo which was kept for serving was rejected by IRCTC, but no alternative dessert was served

In BUS, the traveling duration between salem to SBC ksr bengaluru is just 3.30-4.00hours only. On 6th, the train took 6.30+ hours to reach the destination.. Very poor management of time.

All other seats are comfortable except the seat which is when we entered into the train left and right side seats are very worst. Also it is near to the Bathroom and it is very very worst no cleaning maintenance at all. Train is delayed to reach the destination more than 1hr 25 mins from the given time.

train quality - old wagons.. seats are not good.
food. pathetic.
timing punctuqlity..worst. let me give an example. this train passes through bayyapanahalli railway station where metro is available. unfortunately, the train doesnt stop here. by stopping thw train herr, many can get down and connect metro for further journey.
my basic understanding is the officers never realose the requirement of passengers..

Always delay to reach destination and train takes interval at various station for more than 15 to 45min which led to Reach my destination late and to catch other train in time has become difficult

I've been using this train continuously for the past year, traveling from Tiruppur to KSR Bengaluru every two months. Each time, the train has been delayed by 1 to 3 hours due to poor timing management. Do not rely on this train for any urgent purposes as you will not reach your destination on time.

very bad experience no charging point on train no lock on washroom tied with rope,seats are very discomfort and general class people are coming inside and sitting in reserved seats when we complaint to TT he is saying we can't do anything so bad experience

their was no eletricty on charging points food was not good and seat are uncomfortable i wish seat may push back so passenger will comfortable to sit in long journey and train was so lag

very comfortable, and the train arrived in the given time which made us to plan accordingly, thank u confirm tkt very easy to use and timely train status was updating which made to know about the different stations, arrival etc

all ok but no announcement in coimbatore station and maintenance and all very worst.led monitor not showing coach position.even train came on yesterday coach position also not informed.earlier ten years back erode and coimbatore nice maintenance and led monitor train number posting and coach position mentioned nicely.nowadays nothing doing erode and coimbatore station so much income come from this two stations.not connectivity on Pollachi station.very worst

the coach had very limited luggage loft. passengers were forced to place luggage in between seats and along the aisle. the seats tables were broken. it was a bad experience. very uncomfortable journey

not at all punctual and this train is testing the patience of the passengers really making us fool and important thing is that if any exam candidates and attending interview then don't depend this train
