The blanket provided was not clean and had a bad smell. The train was also 30 minutes late. The confirmation ticket showed that the reservation was for a lower berth, but in reality, it was an upper berth.

Toilets are not maintained properly. Drain push button in damaged condition. From starting station itself toilets are not clean. Kindly look after hygiene of toilets. Thanks.
