Even i m at middle of the coach, toilet smell is there for quite long time, the top side of the berth to can be cleaned periodically with soap oil to improve the atmosphere inside the train, no western type toilet in our coach, one western type toilet at both sides is needed for senìor citizen and elder people who feel very difficult to ma n afe.

AC some coaches are good and some are bad old. Punctuality needs to be improved. Mainly the late due to Alleppey and Patna going prior to this.

one time prestigious train now is in neglected awkward status both external internal,especially the toilets are very very dirty stinky even higher AC sleeper coaches when it is so one can imagine how worse lower class coaches....

Even water bottles we dont get
Can be arranged intermittent
Teain not reaching MAS on time more than 20 to Mins waiting for signal is pathetic

I am not travelled in this train, due to PQWL in tatkal. hence its cancelled. wrong information produced in your APP before booking birth available, suddenly after payment done. showing TQWL chance 30 % hence canceled. Due to your APP wrongly working.

in 3Rd ac coach B1, the Indian style toilets are worst. untidy. It is high time to change the existing coaches to a new 80 berths coaches.

Seat allotment was worst..after sellecting the lower seat also u people have alloted according to ut wish dat to upper seat ..seeiously it was a worst experience .really disappointed

while applying brakes the coaches jerk not one time every time and very difficult to get sleep due to very shaky and uncomfortable jerk while applying brakes need to look into the issue this is regular feature

the train coach is earlier garib rath coach,now they removed side middle birth I got upper birth some how I manage to clim the birth but it's horrible journey for me how if that seat given to any older person , because no one will exchange that seat ,my request to down that seat like other coach

I am a regular traveller by the train for the past 6 months. The train never starts on time and the attaching of bogeys at coimbatore is delayed. The train is always late by 20 Mrs. Can be avoided.
