The train is not being cleaned properly. The staff are not doing their work responsibly. I requested one of the staff members to clean the area under my seat, where a rat-catching trap was placed, but he did not remove it. This shows negligence in cleanliness and maintenance. Please take necessary action to ensure better hygiene and proper cleaning in the train.

that journey was a very worst experience because north indian people occupied the sleeper compartment fully. its not looks like a sleeper coach, so that journey was not satisfied for us.

Food quality is very bad, they are providing good quality rice but, Dal and Chana sabji is not good at all, like wise fish meals also with poor quality.

from that arrival station my home town was nearly 6hrs of journey

Very poor quality maintenance and coach. specially wash rooms it's to bad always blocked coaches very old and new coaches plz

No toilet cleaning is done. very dirty toilet in SL coaches specially. otherwise quality & timing running of train is good.
