Very disappointed with the quality of the bedding provided. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and unhygienic. Even after requesting a replacement, the second set was in the same poor condition. This is unacceptable, hope stricter quality checks are implemented in the future to refrain from any inconvenience.... there's no food service available in the train, due to the constraints i'm rating it with 3 stars.

nice train. AC coaches maintained neat but sleeper coaches maintained not neat. punctuality is good. I arrived 2 minutes early at Tambaram railway station. food quality is worst

We booked ticket in the 3A . We got allotments in the B6 coach near the door. The door which was open both ways was not proper, the rubber was not there and made much noise once and everytime people opens the door. Those who gots seats near the door were not able to sleep all over the night due to noise. Please look into it and make it proper as soon as possible. Horrible experience.

In s9 coach..one passenger could not open the toilet door morethan 90 minutes aftertaken necessary action by railway staff and police.
kindly modify the internal lock rod is round type instead of square type lock.

at the time of train departure from Chennai AC was not working at all.
it took almost one hour to rectify it

Attach a diesel engine from Chennai egmore itself so that no need of wasting time in madurai by changing from electric engine to diesel engine
