because if passengers have some money they booked and got cancelled after if any urgent situation always can not untill it get refund

sleeper coaches are in pathetic condition and not able to travel / sleep due the foul urine smell spread throughout the coach

Indian railways are always a waste of service with no clean seats, dirty windows, stuck windows, as usual switch of lights and fan not working and power point not working very dirty bathroom totally waste.
with no choice taking this service

There was heavy jewellery experiences during the train travel and the washroom are badly maintained. TTE's can be more courteous please.

Cleanliness and hygiene should be improved in toilets. There is no hand wash liquid available in toilet or in outside wash basin.

No use of pantry car so advisable to remove the coach and insert an one more sleeper or general coach. many waiting list passengers are struggling

From Chennai to bengaluru the train is on time and the best.
But due to rake sharing b/w karanataka express and chennai mail and due to delay in arrival of karanataka express, there is a day in departure of 12658. Chennai mail always gets delayed in winter season.

no separate rake for this train. its departure depends on Karnataka exp arrival from Delhi. Generally gets delayed.. but the runtime is 6 hrs, good speed.. today it started at 00:30 hrs and reached chennai at 06:30 hrs
