side lower seat is very worst ,uneven the sidelower seat, I got a back pain for this side lower birth.please correct that type of side lower seats.

A large number of persons both male and female with unreserved tickets are getting into the reserved coach to the extent that there is no place even to put your feet on the floor and walk to use the toilet and it is a horrible experience and there is absolutely no safety fir luggages and even the persons. Those persons even assault the reserved ticket holders. They get in and get out at any station. The TTR and RPF are not taking strict actions to prevent this and this has happened many times before also. I request the railway authorities to take stern action

toilet should be neat, Indian toilets can be made instead of western toilets as people are not using Western toilets neatly

The side lower berth seat is the worst thing on this train. That too we pay a hefty price for travelling in 2AC coach, we get worst service. When both seats kept horizontal there is no latch to make the seat straight and one half goes down and one half goes up creating your back to ache. Was travelling with 3 years less old kid, felt very uncomfortable the whole journey.

while start and stop at every station there is a sudden jerk happened.. it is make us shocked. this only reason is not let allow us to get good sleep while travel. kindly rectify it.
