"I have booked 4 tickets from Thiruvananthapuram to Hazrat Nizamuddin through the ConfirmTkt app. All four were on the waiting list, but this morning I received a message saying the tickets are confirmed. They were confirmed as follows: one in S6, 55, and the rest as S4 63, S4 63, and S4 71.
Now, after boarding the train, the Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) says that seat S4 63 is meant to be shared between two people. Also, seat number S6 55 that we got is only available to us after passing Tirupur and other stations.
I want a clarification on this. Is this what we pay extra money for when booking tickets?"

I'm not travelled I booked ticket to my parants but train was clean and need including toilet and than the punctuality means sometimes late but finally reached earlier over all good and suggested..

poor quality of food and cleaning. especially washrooms, no space, and not clean, very bad smell. curtains are not maintained well tored. not worth for money. I felt travelling like sleeper class

Journey was for 2& half hour, so assessment is not practical.Banana-skins were found at MTJ, Train was running late by 15minutes and no food service was availed. Hence, the RATING. THANKS
