train is not cleaned, cockroaches, foul smell, iam travelling from kanyakumari with 4 senior citizens we got all upper berth, might have told to TC we didn't get lower birth till now(10/2/2024). I requested another TC at Chennai, let's hope for the best.

ஏமாத்துற உங்க நிறுவனதுக்கு நான் கொடுக்கும் star இவளத்தான்.. நான் train la போகவே இல்ல என் கிட்ட rating கேக்குற.... cheting i head you🚨

AC 2 tire was so filthy it was next to general coach which where public in general coach has made the AC 2 coach very filthy

Too much cockroach in AC- 3 B/4 coach and toilet also very bad insufficient water. very bad experience with Reialway. please rectified the same things.

I found Insect in the food. For the 1st time I have tried food in IRCTC but it went worse, I didn't expect that how irresponsible and not hygienic.

water facility is very poor.
AC not worked from kanyakumari to nagarcoil after complaint it was on by one man

AC was not effective. I being 50+ lady was allotted lower side seat having direct sun exposure. The cabin was quite cramped.

train is not cleaning time to time. the water is full fill on base in both side toilet in A2 coach . then toilet are see very dirty. Food quality ( veg.food) is very good because I am using veg. food. punctuality is not right .

Upper berth is not suitable for more than 6 feet height passengers and punctuality is not maintain and train cleaning is not well

No staff in the train, unlike other trains. My main suggestions is avoid waitlisted travellers inside reservation coaches. They block way to toilet, sleep in the floor, and threat to security.
