Even after reservation it's no use the non reserved passengers also enter and block the ailes, as a senior citizen I found very difficult to reach wash rooms, no TT through out the journey..please look I into the complaint and take Action..

பலமுறை பிருந்தாவனம் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் ரயிலில் பயணம் செய்து உள்ளேன். இந்த முறை மிகவும் மோசமான அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. கழிவறை மிக மிக மோசமான நிலையில் இருந்தது மற்றும் பொது பயணச்சீட்டு பயணிகளும் என்னுடன் அமர்ந்து பயனம் செய்தனர் அதில் சிலர் குடித்து விட்டு படிக்கட்டில் அமர்ந்து பயணம் செய்தனர் இந்த பயணம் எனக்கும் என்னுடன் பயனித்த பலருக்கும் மோசமான அனுபவத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது.

Excellent Services.
But, when trying to book a ticket, after a successful payment, booking confirmation just does not happen at times - it keeps looping and more money keeps getting added to the wallet with no confirmation of ticket

seating is good enough. Running on time. Chair Car can be little more spacious. On train snacks are plenty to choose from. Rest room needs a little more space and more hygiene. Push back should be easy enough to operate.

Reserved compartment should update be used only by booked passengers not by unreserved passengers. worst maintenance no place inside compartment after boarding and even while leaving the compartment.

comfortable, but too much crowded, very difficult for vendors to move around within the coaches and unable to move to wash room since most of the unreserved passengers remain stranded through out train.

The train was running late without giving credentials to passengers' priorities. Though 15 general coaches were available, reserved bogies were allowed to be crowded by authorities. It's just atrocious.

according to irctc there are dustbin in everyday coach but it is not there are no dustbin
and there should be arrangement at every section of coach there must be dustbin because we have to stand and go to dustbin this laziness

The TTEs allowed unreserved Passengers without any restrictions freely more than reserved Passengers capacity allowing free quarrelling with reserved passengers standing between in the middle of seats of reserved seats. Very bad. The TTEs allow freely Hawkers and beggars like a Sandy. Train reached Katpadi Jn. 60 minutes late without any reason through it left Bengaluru City Jn. at the right time. Very very bad.

No use of ticket booking in advance. Unreserved passengers are Allowed to travel in reserved compartment resulting discomfort in travelling with family n children. We don't have space to stretch legs

Railway authorities should ensure that general people other than reserve ticket holders not boarding into reserved rail compartments. Y'day I felt very bad and had bitter experience and could not travel peacefully.
