the food supplier's give the food with bare hands,it's advisable to ware gloves..they touch all over the train, Even their Head and gave the food like Samosas etc.PLEASE ADVICE THEM TO WEAR DISPOSABLE GLOVES.THANKS

Everything is good but while travelling the pilot keeps on applied break and it's distributed many of us sleep. And the restroom has to be cleaned but comparatively it's 70% cleaned. Overall nice travel.

windows size is small air ventilation is good in old train compartment like not good in present compartment
fan is not working well
food is not prepared in good oil

very bad condition in toilet ... disgusting.....nanga book pannitu porom...bt nenga unreserved passengers ah reserved coach la allow pandrathu very bad..oru handwash panna poga mudila also restroom over crowd...very bad experience in this system...

seats are not comfort. if the seats are changed to five per row instead of six, it will be comfort. price should be increased asper the decreased seats.otherwise it is better journey in vaigai for lower middle class people.

very worst maintenance on the compartment. more people has been loaded into reservation compartment. toilets were not having water so there was no toilet functioning .

Ac chair car coaches are designed with dedication and the cooling was high but when compared to the external environment we didn't feel the heat.As expected vaigai express once again proved that its one of the best train within tamilnadu. Its very sad to see that some interior parts like window beeding, buttons of the reading lights were broken so i kindly advise southern railways to take immediate action to rectify these issues.

cell phones charger points are not worked on 11.12.2022 in C1 cc coach.Too many window closing green clothes are found wear and tear it has to be replace with proper schedule time

very poor maintenance. CC coaches inside give poor appearance. seats covers are seen torn. At Back of the seats water bottle keeping pockets are torn. gives ugly look.

Toilets are not fully completed by bio- toilet. and the water flux is not connected with pipeline. Actually train starts time 7'o clock but the train was started in 7.20...
