train me 60% log without tikat the or unko SL coach se General coach me bhi nahi pahuchaya train me per rakhne ke bhi jagah nahi thi
reservation ka koi matlab nahi h railway ka koi rule follow nahi kar rahe h sirf fine kat ke chod dete h train me bahut jada bhid without tikat wale ke karan ho rahi h
yesa hi chala to hum kabhi bhi train me safar nahi karna chahenge
railway walo ko rule follow karna chahiye nahi to kuch time ke bad sab log without tikat hi yatra karenge
mujhe to had se jada taklif hue ab mera railway ke niyamo se vishwas khatam ho gaya h

Today 12 / 03 / 2025 , when I left Palakkad for Trivandrum, the coach I booked was a sleeper, and since the coach pantry is right next to it, the food fumes from there come straight into the sleeper coach.
So I suffered a lot.. I humbly request that at least a door be installed in the pantry coach there and not cause any inconvenience to the passengers.

Cheating and Scaming by Railway Minister and Railway team. RAC PASSENGERS MORE THAN 300 IN THE TRAIN IN 3 TIER AC.. 2TIER AC OTHERS.. SLEEPER OTHERS.. SO MINIMUM 1000 PASSENGERS TRAVEL DAILY IN ONE TRAIN.. LONG DISTANCE MINIMUM AC FARE 2500 + TAX.. 1000 ×2500 = 25 lakhs from one train.. daily minimum 10 trains.. = 2 Crore 50 lakhs.. this is Minimum..so who is complaining regarding this

iam rajiv nayar.frm kerala. I and my family has missed the 12626 train.
your 139 railway enquiry is cheating....customer care executive told me train is too late and enquired tirupati boarding station... they have no idea abt the train and their dealing is very poor to the customer....
how can i refund my money...?

मथुरा स्टेशन में ट्रेन पांच घंटे देरी से आई, हमें नागपुर से दुर्ग तक जाना था, नागपुर से दुर्ग जाने के लिए हमने हतिया ट्रेन में रिजर्वेशन कराया था । जो हमें नहीं मिल पाई । हम परिवार के साथ यात्रा कर रहे थे, हमे काफी परेशानियों का सामना पड़ा । कृपया यात्रियों का ध्यान रखते हुए गाड़ियों को समय पर चलाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जावे।

No punctuality,no quality & no food quality...just now eat breakfast it's like one day old....15 hours late the train & my reservation tickets not confirmed because the local ticket people coming to reservation compartment & pay the money to TT & they'll get it the reservation....very bad service

such a pathetic site!! why would anyone sell a ticket for a train that hasn't even left the station and refuse to refund the money saying the "chart" has been done! Ridiculous !! Absolutely swindle , day light robbery and making a mockery of the poor passengers who has to rely on a system that has placed no value to their time an effort!!

This time I'm not very satisfied. The train was a 2 hour delay and didn't cover the same. In the sleeper reservation, people coming from other places are not nice. they simply declined what we are saying. Though sitting in our berths hesitate to give back. what a culture. As usual I didn't try the food but visited the pantry. roti with dal curry being prepared, ok it's neat and tidy

train was delayed for more than 2 hours and also departure was delayed for 4 Hours.... however the train had a long journey, but they should have cleaned the ac compartments... outside the waste bin was full and smelly.. used sheets are not taken back.. i couldn't climb on to my seat,bcoz that seat was filled with used sheets....

we had taken window ticket before 2 months of journey but even after 2 months ticket were not confirmed and one thing I have noticed that this train doesn't have any ticket checker till end of journey . major problem is the toilet of this train .the toilet are so dirty that even before 2 metre of toilet we cannot stand and use it . tell IR to improve that points I have noticed

If I had known how many stairs I needed to carry two 30kg bags up and down to get from metro to country train I would have gone by car to Agra. Cannot select seats next to each other when booking two fares, but sorted out on train with little fuss. The toilets were beyond terrible, in 2AC. Apart from all this, train was punctual and comfortable, so there is that...!

The AC was too cold...complained once ,the electrician reduced it, but still was chilled ,later after after midnight made an SMS complain then the electrician complained ,the same was the problem in other compartments,don't know what these electricians do whole day sitting,can't they go and see each compartment whether everything is working good.
