I Travelled in 3Aac Economy,cleanliness was good pantry food was okay , punctuality was good ,but the Charging soackets were loose in most of the cabins in M3 coach ,when I plugged in my charger it was coming out..

I will booking at reservation ticket delhi to chennai but this ticket not accepted for delhi ticket chicker and again the ticket chicker cut the another ticket and some fine so I will give you a bad rating next time didn't do this behavior

In II class, not much cleaning after used by the passengers,Food tray is uncleanness, In EWC no paper roll is placed.Really unsatisfied the way the Railways monitoring theses thongs

Cleanliness inside the train and the linen provided was not adequate, specially when you find small insects and cockroaches roaming around in the compartment and on your berth, food quality is equally very poor as is with the whole of IR, may be it is good in premium trains and newly introduced trains. Only thing which is good about this train is its punctuality but that too it was compromised due to foggy weather, at present it is running late by 8 hours.

Get into train with RAC confirmed tickets, still you might be disturbed by Rail cops in middle of night asking about your tickets. Upon showing they will argue that RAC is not a confirm tickets. TTs are way too corrupt like some scam is going on. they tale money and send guys to sit anywhere. later they gonna have bad time with real owners of the seat. lol travel at your own risk

I was booked ticket from Nwe Delhi (NSDL) to Chenni central(MAS)in For Tamil Nadu Express no-12622 PNR No-2153817796
which was 3Ac but It was Waiting list wl-3 that ticket Amount was paid by my Sbi ATM but I could not permission for journey please follow My case and kindly request to refund Ticket Amount As soon as possible
