VERY OLD ICF COACHES TO TRAVELLING. NEED TO DEVELOPED. TOILETS ARE VERY CLEAN AND GOOD.
SEATS ARE VERY CLOSE TO SITTING AND SLEEPING ITS VERY DIFFICULT TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY WITH LUGGAGES.

Dear officers please the All train compartments .........plzzzz.....All bogies full vaibrated....toilets is not good water leakages...Ac condition is not good ....power suppy also every 5 mnts on offed.....ect problems in this train...so please kindly requested ....change the new bogies...

the train is very good, but it is only weekly one day, it is regular than passenger expectations some rules change, some change fare rules, train clean in not good please check your end thanks with regards somesh

It was one of the worst trains that I have ever travelled... There wasn't any water in the bathrooms... The seats were so bad that many passengers couldn't relax properly.... Above all the staff started taking the rugs provided one and a half hour before reaching Chennai.... How pathetic.... Is this why I have paid Rs 870/-.... I don't think so.... Stop cheating passengers Railway authorities.... It is idiocracy.....

I have never experienced such worst train ever seats are soo small people can't sit there is no place to sleep In upper berth anyone enters the train and sits in random place there's no TT once for checking tickets

Need pantry car as this running more than 2500 km.
Lot of kids and elders peoples traveling in this train. Ministry's of railway and southern railway should take initiative

Bedding me Bedsheet 1 PC hi mila . pillow cover bahut ganda tha. Attendent ko bolne par bhi udne koi response nahi diya.

People involved in maintenance are careless. They are not maintaining properly. They are just attending as formality and doing nothing. Hole condition of the train is pathetic.

Train quality is good, punctual in time, there was no pantry car so no question of food quality, fare included with bed roll cost but even request bed roll not provided, no body had responded.

no food available,caterers are available but at high fares. I didn't tried that.and felt sweat on day time.operator reduced te ac.good staff

fastest train in dis route wid reasonal price. but the problm is while coming from chennai..as the train reached agra too much local passenger get to the coach dats not fair .and the tte is corrupted collects 100rs for each local passenger who boards from agra wid general ticket.it shud b stopped.
